Brightwell is local and independent — not a franchise running a script written in another state, and not a call centre that books you and disappears. Your home is quoted by the person you speak to, and your preferences stay on file so they never need repeating.
Every clean is backed in writing. If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it free — no debate, no callout charge, no reduced rate on the next visit instead. Insured, background-checked, and answerable to you directly.

Certified products as standard, fully fragrance-free on request. Bring your own preferred products instead and that is fine too — just leave them out.
Before & after photos go up only with the homeowner’s permission — and never anyone else’s work passed off as mine.
Why This Exists
We could not find a cleaner we could rely on, so we became one.
For years my family tried to find a cleaning company we could count on. Finding someone who could clean was never the hard part.
The hard part was everything around it. The quote that went up on the day. The arrival window that came and went with no call. The visit that quietly did not happen, and the week it took to find out why. We kept starting over with somebody new, and it kept ending the same way — until it stopped looking like bad luck and started looking like how the whole trade ran.
So I stopped looking, and started Brightwell.
Nearly everything this company is fussy about is an answer to something that went wrong for us. The price is fixed in writing before anything is booked, because a number that moves on the day was never a price. The quote comes back inside one business hour, because “we will get back to you” almost always meant nobody would. The service area stops at six towns, because a company that takes on the whole metro cannot hold an arrival window and everybody in it knows that. And if a room is not right you have 24 hours to say so, and we come back and do it again for nothing — because not one of the companies we tried ever offered that, and it was the only thing we actually wanted.

What Comes With Me
Everything arrives in the car.
Nothing gets borrowed from under your sink. The vacuum, the cloths, the products and the microfibre all travel with me, which means the standard does not change depending on what happens to be in your cupboard that week.
Colour-coded cloths, so the cloth that did the bathroom never touches a kitchen counter. It is a small thing that most people never think to ask about, and the reason it is worth asking about.
