Every clean is backed in writing. If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it free — no debate, no callout charge, no reduced rate on the next visit instead. Insured, background-checked, and answerable to you directly.

Certified products as standard, fully fragrance-free on request. Bring your own preferred products instead and that is fine too — just leave them out.
Before & after photos go up only with the homeowner’s permission — and never anyone else’s work passed off as mine.

What Comes With Me
Everything arrives in the car.
Nothing gets borrowed from under your sink. The vacuum, the cloths, the products and the microfibre all travel with me, which means the standard does not change depending on what happens to be in your cupboard that week.
Colour-coded cloths, so the cloth that did the bathroom never touches a kitchen counter. It is a small thing that most people never think to ask about, and the reason it is worth asking about.
