Every home is priced individually — square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms and how much is actually there to do. The plan discount comes off whatever that fixed price turns out to be, so you will always see both numbers in writing before you agree to anything.
How It Works
The discount is real money off a real price.
Your home gets quoted first — a fixed price based on what is actually there to clean. The plan discount then comes off that number, on every single visit, starting with the first one.
What it is not: a thinner clean at a lower rate. A plan visit and a one-off visit are the same work against the same checklist. Booking ahead simply costs me less in scheduling and driving, and that saving goes back to you.

Getting Started
Most homes start with one deep clean.
If it has been a while, the first visit usually wants to be a deep clean — inside the oven and fridge, grout, baseboards, the things a regular visit keeps on top of but does not reset. After that the plan takes over and holds the house at that level.
That is a recommendation, not a requirement. If your home is already in good shape, start straight on the plan and keep the money.
