Short version: we use them to quote and carry out your clean, and for nothing else. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
Through the quote quiz: the service you want, how many bedrooms and bathrooms the home has, the town it is in, your phone number, and your first name if you choose to leave it.
Automatically, if analytics is switched on: the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and what browser you use. This is aggregate traffic data and does not identify you by name.
To work out a price for your home, to contact you with that price, to schedule and carry out the clean, and to invoice you afterwards. That is the entire list.
If you leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code, it is stored securely, used only to enter your home for a booked clean, and never shared with anyone else. Ask for it back or ask for the code to be deleted at any time and it is done that day.
Nobody, other than the services needed to run the business: the email provider that carries your messages, and the payment processor that handles your invoice. Your details are never sold, rented, or passed to any other cleaning company, lead broker, or advertiser.
Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept while you are a customer and for 7 years afterwards, because tax records require it. Access codes are deleted as soon as you stop being a customer.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no retargeting pixels. If Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to count visits. You can block them in your browser settings with no effect on the site.
