What we do with your details.

What is collected

Through the quote quiz: the service you want, how many bedrooms and bathrooms the home has, the town it is in, your phone number, and your first name if you choose to leave it. Your phone number and first name are also sent to Whop when you send the quiz; see Cookies, analytics and advertising below.

Automatically, if analytics is switched on: the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and what browser you use. This is aggregate traffic data and does not identify you by name.

Automatically, on every page: the pages you view, recorded by Whop, the platform we advertise through, together with an identifier it stores in your browser. See Cookies, analytics and advertising below.

Why it is collected

To work out a price for your home, to contact you with that price, to schedule and carry out the clean, and to invoice you afterwards. And to measure which of our ads lead to bookings, so money is not spent on the ones that do not. That is the entire list.

Access details and keys

If you leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code, it is stored securely, used only to enter your home for a booked clean, and never shared with anyone else. Ask for it back or ask for the code to be deleted at any time and it is done that day.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the business: the email provider that carries your messages, the payment processor that handles your invoice, and Whop, the advertising platform described under Cookies, analytics and advertising. Your details are never sold, rented, or passed to any other cleaning company or lead broker.

How long it is kept

Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept while you are a customer and for 7 years afterwards, because tax records require it. Access codes are deleted as soon as you stop being a customer.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Every page loads a measurement pixel from Whop, the platform we advertise through. It sets a cookie and stores an identifier in your browser so it can recognise a return visit, and it records each page you view. When you send the quote quiz it also receives your phone number and first name if you gave one; and when you tap our phone number, the fact that you tapped it. That lets each enquiry be credited to the ad that brought you here. Whop holds that under its own privacy policy. We use it to measure and improve our advertising, and for nothing else.

If Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to count visits.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use a tracker blocker, and getting a quote works exactly the same.

Your choices

Changes

If this policy changes the date below changes with it. Material changes are mentioned to active customers by email rather than quietly edited in.
