Booking, cancelling, paying, access, and the guarantee — written so you do not need a lawyer to read it.
A quote is a fixed price for the home as described to us. If the home turns out to be substantially different on the day — far larger, post-renovation dust, heavy pet hair, hoarding-level clutter — we will tell you the revised price before starting, and you are free to say no and pay nothing.
No deposit is taken to book. Cancel or move a visit with at least 24 hours notice and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if we cannot get in on arrival, a call-out fee of half the visit price applies, because the slot cannot be refilled that late.
Payment is due after the clean is finished, never before. Invoicing is online only: an invoice is emailed when the visit is complete and settled by card or bank transfer through the link in it. No cash and no checks are accepted. Invoices are due on receipt; anything unpaid after 14 days may pause future bookings until settled.
You can be home or not. If you leave a key or code it is handled as described in the privacy policy. Please make sure pets are secure and that there is parking within reasonable distance of the door.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we return and reclean that room free. No callout charge and no reduced rate on a future visit instead. Beyond 24 hours we will still do what we reasonably can, but the free reclean is a 24-hour promise.
For safety and insurance reasons we do not do: exterior windows above ground floor, roofs or gutters, mould remediation, biohazard or pest cleanup, moving furniture heavier than one person can safely shift, or cleaning inside occupied pet enclosures.
We carry $2M liability insurance. If something is damaged you will be told the same day — you should never be the one to discover it — and it will be repaired or replaced. Items that are already broken, unstable, or of unusual value should be pointed out beforehand.
There is no contract and no minimum term. Stop whenever you like, with no fee and no exit call.
