How It Works

Three steps, start to finish.

From your first message to a clean house — here is exactly how a booking runs.

Three steps, start to finish.

Tell us about your home

A quick call or a short email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and anything that needs special care — pets, allergies, a room to skip.

Get your quote, in writing

A call or an email back within one business hour with your price and the next three openings. No hourly meters, and no surprise line items on the day.

We clean. You inspect.

Your cleaner arrives with everything needed. Not happy with a room? Tell us within 24 hours and we return and reclean it free.

No Surprises

The price you are told is the price you pay.

Quotes are fixed, not hourly. If the job takes an hour longer than I judged, that is my estimate being wrong, not your bill going up.

The only thing that changes a price is you changing the job — adding a room, moving from a standard clean to a deep clean. Even then you get the new number in writing first.

  • No hourly meter. Nobody is watching the clock.
  • No card on file. Payment happens after the clean, not before it.
  • No upsell at the door. If something needs doing, you hear about it by text, not while you are standing in the hallway.
  • No cancellation fee with 48 hours notice.
The Day Itself

What a visit actually looks like.

No crew piling out of a van, no hourly meter running while someone finds the bathroom.

  1. The night before A text confirming the slot

One message with the arrival window. Reply to move it and nothing is charged — plans and one-offs alike.

  2. On arrival Shoes off, kit in, straight to work

Everything needed comes with the cleaner: vacuum, cloths, products. Nothing borrowed from under your sink unless you have asked us to use your own.

  3. The clean Top down, wet rooms last

Dust falls, so ceilings and surfaces come before floors, and kitchens and bathrooms are finished last so they stay finished.

  4. Before I leave A walk-through against the checklist

Every point on the checklist gets signed off. Anything we could not do — a locked room, a blocked sink — is written down and sent to you rather than quietly skipped.

  5. Within 24 hours Your window to say it is not right

A text is enough. We come back that week and redo the room, free.

The Guarantee

If a room is not right, it gets done again.

Free, no debate, no partial credit. Here is exactly how it works.

Tell us within 24 hours

A text or a call is enough. A photo helps but is not required, and you never have to justify the request.

We come back that week

Usually within two days. The reclean covers the room you flagged, done properly rather than touched up.

You pay nothing extra

No callout charge, no reduced rate on the next visit instead. The reclean is free because the first clean should have been right.

Fully insured with $2M liability cover. On the rare occasion something gets damaged, you are told the same day — you should never be the one to discover it.

Same-Week Openings

Your kitchen could be done by Friday.

Free quotes by phone or email, and a reclean guarantee in writing. Most homes booked this week are still on the schedule.
